Sir Jon- Grip your balls and wipe your forehead, here my blazin’ ten come!

1. Midnight From The Inside Out- The Black Crowes
A rocker from my boys from an under-appreciated Crowes album. Crob’s howls bring this number up a notch in my book.

2. Gideon- My Morning Jacket
never really gave “Z” the time of day. Jim James really goes off at the end, but I’m reminded of why this got one listen and got tossed, yawn.

3. Without A Kiss- Badly Drawn Boy
Recent BDB, nice and soft, great piano, love that BDB. Gets bouncy, more upbeat towards the end, what a pro! He looks like a british koala for god’s sake.

4. Ok by Me- The Black Crowes
This is from one of their unreleased albums, but coulda easily been on a studio album. A solid rocker, and Crob lets it all out, Rod Stewart style!

5. Novocaine (Live at E-werk)- Beck
One of my all-time fave Beck songs, and this is actually a really good live recording. They totally rock out and you can understand Beck, and once the breakdown occurs you can help but start doing the robot- what a jam!

6. Sunday Bloody Sunday- U2
One of the Josh’s fave drum solos of all time, and this is a U2 classic. A great protest song, the boys do their Irish brothers proud here!

7. The Fries- Mr. Lif
Mr. Mo Mega ranting against the fast food society whilst making fun of them, good stuff. “Don’t forget the fries!”

8. D(Final)- Fresh Productions
Oh, you fuggin know it. The Hip-hop George Wendt and Mr. License Plate himself ripping off some dope jams up in this joint!

9. Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space- Spiritualized
Atmospheric pop, very cool. Reminds me a lot of Super Furry Animals and this means I like it a hell of a lot.

10. Apostolic- Loose Fur
Tweedy and the boys jam out in this cool number! Great riffs in the middle here. This life is the one for me!
