1. Robert Evans - Patton Oswald
Oswald is freakin' hilarious. Much love to Josh for turning me on to him.
2. Big Balls - AC/DC
Stupid song, but kind of funny... and actually a good transition between Patton and this.
3. Losfer Words - Iron Maiden
Instrumental track from Powerslave. Probably one of the few, if even then, Maiden tracks all three crusaders can stomach. No singing, just a nice metal jam. Peanut butter not included.
4. Natural Blues - Moby
Everyone and their dog played or owned this album seven years ago... but damned, it's a great piece of work. Cool song... and in the sequence of this shuffle, it's like taking a breath mint after chomping on a dog turd..
5. Leif Erickson - Interpol
I've listened to all three Interpol albums and still prefer their debut. The whole thing, even if padded slightly, creates a nice cohesive atmosphere. This is just once piece.
6. Little Guitars (intro) - Van Halen
Edward the great rocks an acoustic instrumental. The guy is just simply amazing.
7. Police and Thieves - The Clash
I dated a girl in high school who was a huge Clash fan. After that ended, I never bothered to listen them. My loss. Glad to finally have some Clash on my IPod. This song sounds like Bowie to me... kind of.
8. Long Slow Goodbye - Queens of the fucking Stone Age
Though maybe not their best, this is my favorite QOTSA album. I love Lullabies...
9. Women In Love - Van Halen
ElChriz Pod must know about the Van Halen concert... because it's pumping me up. I saw some footage of them rehearsing last night... looked great despite all of my initial reservations.
10. Bron-Y-Aur Stomp - Led Zeppelin
Fuck yes. Need I say more?
